1. What is your return policy?

If by any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in 14 days after receiving the order. Simply send an email to spv@paris-sete.com announcing the return of the products. You should refer: - Which products you will return - Specify in detail the reason of the return - If you want the exchange by another product or receive the full ammount of the order. - The number of the purchase receipt Return conditions: - The products have to be returned in its original package, without ever been used (in mint condition, with manuals, packaging acessories, etc...) - The original receipt has to be sent with the returned item - In case the product is defective, you have to notify us until the day after of the product reception. Send an email to spv@paris-sete.com or call 213933170. In case this conditions arent respected, the return will not be accepted. After your notification, we will contact you regarding the shipping and return process. The costs of shipping the return are the clients responsability. We do not accept à cobrança returns. Paris-Sete has 30 days to reemborse the value of the returned item by cheque or bank transfer. Paris-Sete shall sreemborse only the value of the item, excluding shipping fees.
